We offer a 2-year manufacturer's warranty on all our products, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects. If your product develops a warranty defect within this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge. 💡 Note: Damage due to misuse, falls, or water damage is not covered by the warranty.

Yes! You have a 30-day cooling-off period. During this period, you can return your product without giving a reason. Conditions: The product must be unused and in its original packaging. You must first contact us using the returns form. We will ensure a smooth refund within 5 business days of receipt.

If you order on a working day before 6 PM, your order will usually be delivered the next day. Deliveries are made via reliable couriers such as PostNL or DHL.

For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium:

• Free shipping from €150
• For orders under €50 we charge a shipping fee of €6.75

Your order will be shipped in sturdy, durable packaging. After shipping, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email, allowing you to track your package.

Most of our chargers and cables are suitable for electric cars with a Type 2 connection, which is the standard in Europe. Not sure? Consult your manual or contact us – we're happy to help.

Yes! Our mobile home chargers are specially designed to charge safely via a standard 230V socket. Ideal for home or on the go. They are equipped with protection against overheating, leakage current, and overcurrent.
