Return Policy

The customer has 14 days to revoke the order (report the return).
2. After this notification, the customer has another 14 days to actually return it.
3. The refund should take place within 14 days of the return notification.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately 7.25 per package; please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, together with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, must be returned to the seller. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.
To exercise this right, you can contact us via support@bar2charge.eu. Wij will subsequently refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, undamaged, and, if possible, in the original packaging. Always clearly state the order number, name, and address with the return shipment so that we can process the return correctly.
Return costs are at your own expense.
You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, or is returned damaged or incomplete, we may deduct a reduction in value from the amount to be refunded.
Request a return
You can easily submit a return request via your account:

Click on the profile icon in the shopping menu or go to our returns page.

Enter your email address and click 'Continue'.

Open the email you receive from us and enter the verification code on the webshop.

Click on 'Request return' for the order for which you want to submit a return.

Select the items you wish to return, choose a reason, and optionally add a comment.

Click on 'Request return'.
After approval, you can send the return shipment to us. The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. Please clearly state the following with the return shipment: order number, name and address, so that we can process the return correctly.

Returns without a pre-requested return will not be accepted.
Damage or incorrect delivery
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. In case of damage or an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours via support@bar2charge.nl, so that we can solve it.

Warranty
We offer a warranty on all our products against manufacturing defects. Should a problem occur within the warranty period resulting from a manufacturing or material defect, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
Damage or defects caused by improper use, incorrect connection, fault of the user, wear and tear, or external influences are not covered by the warranty. We therefore advise you to always use the product according to the supplied instructions and specifications.
If a problem arises, please contact us so that we can look for a suitable solution together.
Exchange
Would you like a different item? Then return your current order and place a new order via the webshop as soon as your return has been accepted.
Cooling-off period within the EU
By law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. Here too, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.
