We care about our products and naturally do our utmost to deliver them to you in perfect condition. Nevertheless, it may happen that an order is damaged during transport or that something else occurs which entitles you to make a warranty claim.
Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years after delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover, or reasonably should have discovered, a defect in the product, please contact us within a reasonable period. A period of two months is in any case considered reasonable. In certain circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will arrange a free repair or replacement.
It can always happen that something does not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first make your complaint known to us by email.
