Shipping policy

We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 6:00 PM are shipped the same day. However, we are not always able to meet this deadline; sometimes products are out of stock, and delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page shows an estimated delivery time. If, for any reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible. The listed prices exclude shipping costs. We offer free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium for orders over €150. For orders below this amount, we charge a shipping rate of €6.75. This rate does not apply to orders to Germany and Belgium. Exact shipping costs for other destinations will be calculated at checkout. Delivery is handled by PostNL, DHL, and DPD. Delivery will generally take place the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the delivery time.
