You receive a minimum of 2 years warranty on all our products, depending on the product. In the event of a manufacturing or material defect, we ensure prompt and appropriate warranty processing. We cover the return shipping costs for a warranty claim.

Orders placed on business days before 6:00 PM that are in stock are shipped the same day. Deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium are usually delivered the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Monday. We ship our packages with PostNL and DHL for fast and reliable delivery.
Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock. The expected delivery time is always stated on the product page.

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original, saleable condition. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Is it a warranty case or a defective product? Then we will, of course, cover the return costs.

Deze compacte laadpaal is voorzien van een Type 2 socket, zodat u uw eigen laadkabel kunt gebruiken. Via de WiFi/Bluetooth-app (EVSEmaster) beheert u eenvoudig uw laadsessies, stelt u het laadvermogen in en houdt u het verbruik bij.

Veilig en duurzaam
De CC30 is uitgerust met uitgebreide beveiligingen, waaronder RCD Type A + 6 mA DC, overspannings-, overbelasting-, kortsluit- en oververhittingsbeveiliging. Dankzij de IP66 water- en stofdichte behuizing en IK10 slagvastheid is de laadpaal geschikt voor binnen- en buitengebruik. Werkt probleemloos bij temperaturen van -25°C tot +55°C.
