You receive a minimum of 2 years warranty on all our products, depending on the product. In the event of a manufacturing or material defect, we ensure prompt and appropriate warranty processing. We cover the return shipping costs for a warranty claim.

Orders placed on business days before 6:00 PM that are in stock are shipped the same day. Deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium are usually delivered the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Monday. We ship our packages with PostNL and DHL for fast and reliable delivery.
Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock. The expected delivery time is always stated on the product page.

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original, saleable condition. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Is it a warranty case or a defective product? Then we will, of course, cover the return costs.

De GoodWe EV-lader HCA G2 7 kW met 7,5 m laadkabel
De tweede generatie van de EV-lader van GoodWe heeft een intelligente faseswitchfunctie en is verkrijgbaar in drie vermogensklassen: 7 kW, 11 kW en 22 kW. Elke wallbox wordt geleverd met een 7,5 meter lange kabel.
Dankzij de naadloze communicatie met de omvormer en de batterij biedt de EV-lader de flexibiliteit om volledig op te laden met zonne-energie of om indien nodig snel op te laden via het elektriciteitsnet. De laadmodi kunnen door de gebruiker worden geconfigureerd via de SEMS+ app. Met meerdere verificatiemethoden biedt de HCA G2 transparantie in de oplaad-energiekosten voor kostendeling en vergoeding. De wallbox kan aan de muur worden bevestigd of met behulp van een vloerkolom worden opgesteld.
