You receive a minimum of 2 years warranty on all our products, depending on the product. In the event of a manufacturing or material defect, we ensure prompt and appropriate warranty processing. We cover the return shipping costs for a warranty claim.

Orders placed on business days before 6:00 PM that are in stock are shipped the same day. Deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium are usually delivered the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Monday. We ship our packages with PostNL and DHL for fast and reliable delivery.
Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock. The expected delivery time is always stated on the product page.

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original, saleable condition. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Is it a warranty case or a defective product? Then we will, of course, cover the return costs.

De Bar2Charge L6 Pro 11 kW Wallbox is ontworpen om jouw elektrische auto veilig, snel en eenvoudig op te laden. Dankzij het moderne ontwerp, de hoogwaardige beveiligingen en de slimme bedieningsmogelijkheden is dit één van onze meest verkochte modellen.
De L6 Pro is geschikt voor vrijwel alle elektrische auto’s met een Type 2-aansluiting en biedt alles wat je nodig hebt voor comfortabel thuisladen.
Drie eenvoudige manieren om te laden
Via de Smart Life app – Start, stop en beheer je laadsessies eenvoudig vanaf je smartphone.
Met RFID-kaart – Houd de kaart voor de lezer en het laden begint direct.
Plug & Charge – Sluit de laadkabel aan en het laden start automatisch.
Deze laatste functie is eenvoudig in- of uit te schakelen. Standaard is de laadpaal alleen te gebruiken via de Smart Life-app of met een RFID-kaart, zodat onbevoegden geen gebruik kunnen maken van jouw laadpaal.
Waar veel laadpalen slechts één van deze functies bieden, combineert de Bar2Charge L6 Pro alle drie in één laadstation.
