Warranty

You receive a minimum of 2 years warranty on all our products, depending on the product. In the event of a manufacturing or material defect, we ensure prompt and appropriate warranty processing. We cover the return shipping costs for a warranty claim.

Dispatch

Orders placed on business days before 6:00 PM that are in stock are shipped the same day. Deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium are usually delivered the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Monday. We ship our packages with PostNL and DHL for fast and reliable delivery.

Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock. The expected delivery time is always stated on the product page.

Return

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original, saleable condition. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Is it a warranty case or a defective product? Then we will, of course, cover the return costs.

Please note: this L6 Pro model does not support OCPP and does not have a MID meter. This model is intended for private use and supports charging via the Smart Life app, RFID and Plug & Charge. Installatie was eenvoudig en de lader werkt probleemloos. Ik heb de app niet kunnen vinden in de App Store, dus als dat een must is voor jou, dan zou ik vooraf even contact opnemen met de verkoper. Al met al een prima upgrade ten opzichte van mijn vorige lader en heel prettig in het dagelijks gebruik.

Bestelling makkelijk geplaatst en verwerkt. Vooraf via Whatsapp extra informatie opgevraagd en snel antwoord hierop gekregen. Samenvattend: heel tevreden. Laadstation is inmiddels buiten tegen de muur geplaatst maar moet in de meterkast nog aangesloten worden, dus de werking beoordelen komt later.

Ik heb vorige week een laadpaal gekocht en ben er echt heel blij mee! Makkelijk te gebruiken, ziet er mooi uit en werkt zonder problemen. Alles ging eigenlijk gewoon zoals het moet. Echt een aanrader!
